Success Story

Tapashya Mondal was a student of class V of Nabajatak Vidyamandir in 2021 and also attached to EPLI programme. During Covid 19 pandemic, when online mode of learning started, her parents gave priority to her brother by providing him a smartphone. When TF started community centers, she was selected for bridging the gap in her desired competency level. She joined the class secretly and her learning level was improved, which was appreciated by the teachers of Nabajatok School. Later her mother realized the need and provided her with a second hand Smartphone from some relative. With this, the student made remarkable improvement and attained her desired learning competency. She hosted an event of “Anti-tobacco day” and with her leadership quality motivated youth confidently. She is also taking life skill classes for her peer group.

It is real matter of pride for us to say that she has set an example for others from similar background to become a responsible citizen.
